1971- Founded by Jim Arbogast and Norm Stoakes, the first shop was a 1700 sq ft. metal building at 8826 Maple St. in Omaha.
1972- The first full time employee was hired, products included electrical junction boxes and some hydraulic valve components
1976- Moved to a larger location at 2417 N. 84th St. where they began producing parts for center pivot irrigation machines and hydraulic motors
1979- Purchased first CNC Lathe and quickly added a mill.
1989- Steady growth allowed Superior to build their present facility at 10708 S. 149th St. The 18,000 sq. ft. building allowed the company the opportunity to expand further.
1995- Superior began producing its own line of golf equipment under the brand name Prairie Golf
1999- Another 12,000 sq ft. of shop and warehouse space was added to give its employees a safe and comfortable work environment.
2002- Complete manufacturing of The Speed Stik begins and quickly expands.
2008- Capital investments have added machining capacity and positioned Superior for systematic growth.
